Requirements
Our vehicles can be rented to drivers who are 21 years of age or older. Drivers must have a valid US driver’s license present at the time of the delivery. No copies, faxed, or expired licenses will be accepted. We need the current, physical license. If you have a temporary license, that is okay. We just need to verify the validity. All drivers need to have a clean driving record (no DUI’S, major moving violations, or similar offenses). We will not rent any vehicles to drivers under the age of 21.
To ensure the requirements are met, a Motor Vehicle Record will be run on the driver prior to the rental.
Pricing
4, 8, and 24-hour rentals are available.
Depending on the situation, there is an hourly rate available (call for details).
All cars are eligible to rent for a weekend as well.
Additional Drivers
Additional drivers (who also meet our requirements) can be added to your Rental Agreement for a surcharge of $50. Every additional driver must be present at the delivery of the vehicle and also submit their driver’s license for a run on their Motor Vehicle Record.
Delivery
For your convenience, the vehicle will be delivered to you at your desired location. The car will be freshly detailed. At the time of delivery, an inspection of the current state of the car with the customer will be done. All imperfections on the body and the interior of the car will be noted. At the end of the rental period, if there are any additional scratches, dings, dents, or other cosmetic damages, be they small or large on the exterior or interior of the car; it will be assumed that this happened during the rental and therefore it is the customer’s responsibility to cover those costs. The estimated repair costs will be deducted from the down payment.
End of Rental
The vehicle must be returned with a full tank of premium fuel (91-grade). If it comes back below “full,” a fuel charge will be charged and taken out of the initial down-payment.
If you desire to extend the rental beyond the due date signed at the time of rental, you will be charged for the additional time when requested, not after the extended rental is complete.
Prohibited Uses
-Anyone that is not licensed or whose driver’s license has been restricted or suspended.
-Any illegal purpose or in connection with any illegal activity
-To transport person or property for hire.
-To teach anyone how to drive
-In any speed test, speed contest, race, rally, speed endurance contest, demonstration, or on or near any racetrack or road course (No insurance company will cover the car while on the track).
Tickets
The renter is responsible for all traffic, parking, speeding or other tickets/violations issued while the vehicle is being rented and must pay for any penalties, fees, towing charges/damages, or impound costs.
Cancellation
All cancellations, regardless of the reason, can only receive a maximum 50% refund. The reason for this is because a cancellation then becomes an inconvenience for someone else that would like to rent the car the same time of your original reservation.
